                    for the State.

abovenamed petitioner with the prayer to release on bail in
connection with Tamar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023 (S.T. Case No.

                  3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per the
allegations made in the FIR, the father of the informant had
gone to P.N.B Bank situated near Dewri Mandir to withdraw
some money. On 26.05.2023 at 09:00 O’ clock of day time,
when he did not come back by 1:00 P.M., his mother made
search of his father to the house of nearby persons of the
village and came to know that half kilometer away from the
village in agricultural field, a dead body was lying in pool of
blood. On reaching there, it was found that the dead body was
of his father whose throat was slit and there was injury on the
back of the head. It appears that some unknown persons had
assaulted with sharp edged weapon and caused murder of his
                    father.

                  4. During investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired in
the confessional statement of Kartik Munda who also made
extra judicial confession before the witness Madan Swansi in
regard to the committing murder of Durga Charan Munda.
Further, the statement of this present petitioner Surendra
Munda was also recorded on his confessional statement and
pointing out the tangi was recovered from the bush in a jungle.
There is no other evidence against the petitioner. The said tangi
was sent to FSL but in view of para 53 of case diary, FSL report
has not been received till date. In post mortem report of
deceased, the cause of death is shown ante-mortem incised
wound caused by the sharp cutting weapon.
                  5. In view of the above, the bail application of the petitioner is
hereby allowed. Let the petitioner be released on bail on
