              1.   Heard learned counsel for the parties.                           
              2.   Apprehending his arrest, the applicant has moved this Court for  
              grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Kathikund P.S.
              Case No.24 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No.473 of 2023, for the
              offence under Sections 379/ 411/34 of IPC, Sections 4/21 of the Mines 
              and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957, Rules 4/54 of   
              J.M.M.C. Rules, 2017 and  Rules 9/13  of the Jharkhand Minerals       
              (Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2017,
              pending in the Court of learned J.M.1st Class, Dumka.                 
              3.   After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks    
              permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with a
              liberty to approach the court below for grant of regular bail.        
              4.   Permission is granted.                                           
              5.   Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands    
              dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
