Spl. POCSO Case No. 91/2023, arising out of Bagbera P.S. Case
                      No. 155/2023, registered under Sections 363/ 366A/ 506/ 376 of the
Indian Penal Code and Sections 04/06 of the POCSO Act, pending
in the Court of learned Spl. Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court,
                      Jamshedpur.
The petitioner is alleged to have forced himself on the

                      she became pregnant.
It appears that the statement of the victim was
recorded during the trial in which she has supported the fact that the
                      petitioner had raped her.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the
case; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
