                    1.   Heard learned counsel for the revisionist.                 
                    2.   The present criminal revision application has been filed   
                    against the judgment dated 21.05.2024, passed by the court      
                    of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chatra, in Original   
                    Maintenance Case No.05 of 2020, whereby maintenance of          
                    Rs.5,000/- per month to the wife has been awarded.              
                    3.   Learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted that     
                    the wife is earning and he has got document to that effect      
                    also.                                                           
                    4.   In view of above submission of learned counsel for the     
                    revisionist, the present revision application stands disposed of
                    giving liberty to the revisionist to file a petition under Section
                    146 of B.N.S.S., 2023 before the family court.                  
                    5.   Pending interlocutory application, if any, also stands     
                    disposed of.
