The defects pointed-out by the Office is hereby ignored.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the opposite parties
that the order of this Court has already been complied in true letter and
spirit and in compliance therefore, reasoned order has already been passed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not object to the same.
In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite
parties, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties and hence, the
                 same is dropped.
Resultantly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of.
However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the reasoned order,
if at all aggrieved by the same.
