               1.   Heard learned counsel for the applicant(s) and learned counsel for the State.
               2.   The applicant(s) who is in custody since 12.05.2022 has approached this Court
               for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.631 of 2022 arising out of Lalpur
               P.S. Case No.77 of 2022, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian
               Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner,-XI,
               Ranchi.                                                              
               3.   After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to
               withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to file fresh one with better
               particulars.                                                         
               4.   Permission is accorded.                                         
               5.   Accordingly, the present bail application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn
               with aforesaid liberty.                                              
               6.   Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to utilize the certified copy of
               the impugned order of this application.
