For the O. P. No. 2 : Mr. Vikash Kumar, Advocate
                                     -----
6/ 31.08.2024 This contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of
order dated 27.07.2022 passed in WP.(S) No. 401 of 2018, whereby there was
a direction to the opposite parties to pass a reasoned order for appointment of
the petitioner on the compassionate ground.
                 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for opposite party
no.2 submits that the reasoned order has been passed on 18.07.2024, wherein
the petitioner could not be selected based on the marks secured in 100 point
Weightage system and the averment to that effect has been mentioned in
paragraph nos. 12 and 13 of the show cause reply.
                 3. In view of specific averments made in the show cause reply, no
contempt is made out and hence, it is dropped.
                 4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the reasoned
order dated 18.7.2024 before the appropriate forum.
                 5. Accordingly, this contempt application stands disposed of.
                                                       (Dr. S. N. Pathak, J.)
