                     CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J.
                                         ------
                For the Petitioner (s) : None
                For the Opp. Party(s) :
                                         ------
     05/30.04.2024: This petition has been filed on 19.12.2019 for restoration of C.R. No.
                116 of 2005. This petition is defective.
                     Inspite of several opportunities given to the petitioners by the Lawazima
                Boards of this Court to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office, but
                the petitioners have not removed the same. Today none appears on behalf of
                the petitioners even on repeated calls. This gives an impression that the
                petitioners have lost their interest in this case.
                     Accordingly, the instant Civil Misc. Petition is dismissed for non-
                prosecution.
                     Pending Interlocutory application, if any, is also dismissed.
                                                           (ANANDA  SEN, J.)
        Anu/-Cp2.
