04/30.04.2024 Heard the Parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with
Gua P.S. Case No. 25/2023, registered under Section 379 of the
Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M, West
Singhbhum, Chaibasa.
On 24.12.2023, Bolero of the informant parked outside
his house was stolen by unknown persons. During the course of
investigation, the stolen vehicle was recovered from the possession
of Shamim Ali @ Lalan.
It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in
the F.I.R nor anything has been recovered from his possession, his
name has transpired in the confession of co-accused.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the
case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail
on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only)
with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
learned C.J.M, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa in connection with Gua
P.S. Case No. 25/2023.
