                    Heard the parties.                                              
                    The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case
               No.34 of 2023, Special POCSO Case No.05 of 2024, for the offences registered
               under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of POCSO
               Act, pending in the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-
               Special Judge (POCSO Act), Bokaro.                                   
                    Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant
               with an intention to marry her. Statement of the victim was recorded during trial,
               in which, she has stated that she is 19 years old and his father wanted to marry her
               to another person, due to which, she left her home with the petitioner according to
               her own wish.                                                        
                    Learned Spl. P. P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
                    Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on
               bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail
               on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
               sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District &
               Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Bokaro, in
               connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No.34 of 2023, Special POCSO Case No.05 of
               2024.
