              01.   In the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking direction upon the official
                                                           - along with interest in 
                    respondents to release an amount of ₹10,70,000//                
                    favour of the petitioner in terms of the final award dated 04.06.2013 to
                    the extent of his share for acquiring the land of the petitioner measuring
                    5Kanal-3 marlas falling under Khasra No.811 situated at Jatwal, Tehsil
                    Ghagwal, District Samba for establishment of Grid Station at District
                    Samba, with a further direction to respondent No.6 to decide the
                    application dated 28.09.2017, filed by the petitioner seeking release of
                    the awarded amount in his favour.                               
              02.   It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has
                    already filed an application before the respondent No.6 for correction of
                    inadvertent mistake whereby the name of the petitioner along with other
                    co-sharer is not reflected in the acquisition of the land falling under
                    Khasra No. 811 to the extent of his share. Learned counsel for the

                    petitioner states that the limited prayer of the petitioner is only to the
                    extent of consideration of his application dated 20.04.2023 pending
                    before the respondent No.6.                                     
              03.   Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would feel
                    satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the
                    respondent No.6 to consider the application of the petitioner dated
                    28.09.2017 pending before it within a reasonable period of time. Learned
                    counsel for the respondents is not averse to the proposition made by
                    learned counsel for the petitioner.                             
              04.   Be that as it may, since the petitioner is praying for an innocuous relief,
                    as such, the instant petition is disposed of at the threshold with a
                    direction to respondent No.6 to consider the application dated  
                    28.09.2017 pending before it and pass speaking order within a period of
                    four weeks from the date a copy of this order along with writ petition
                    and annexures are served upon the respondent No.6.              
              05.   Disposed of.
