                    This matter pertains to service dispute and the same is now amenable
            to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench

            in view of the Notification No. G.S.R. 267(E) dated 29 April, 2020 read with
                                            th                                      
            Notification No. G.S.R. 317(E) dated 28 May, 2020, issued by the Ministry of
            Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personal and   
            Training).                                                              
                    Accordingly, this writ petition is transferred to the Central   
            Administrative Tribunal, Jammu Bench at Jammu. Registry shall transmit the
            record to the Tribunal forthwith.
