HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE
                                         ORDER
                                        29.11.2024
This petition was initially listed on 30.12.2011 and was subsequently
listed on 20.11.2024, when it was directed to be listed today for dismissal, as
no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing as well.
When the matter was taken up today, no one appeared on behalf of the
petitioner. The continued absence of the petitioner indicates that she has lost
interest in pursuing this petition. If she had any interest, efforts would have
been made to get the matter listed or to ensure representation.
In view of the above, this petition, along with the connected applications,
is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.
                                                       (Vinod Chatterji Koul)
                                                                    Judge
