HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE.
                                     29.11.2024
                                                                            th
            01. The instant contempt petition has been preferred against the Order dated 9
April, 2019 passed in OWP No. 349/2019, which has been disposed of in the
              following manner:-
“Given submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ
petition is disposed of by providing that respondents may treat instant
writ petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and decide
the same within a period two months from the date certified copy of this
order along with complete paper book is served upon them, and of
course, in accordance with rules govern
                                                   ing the field”

            02. The record reveals that different statement of facts have been filed on behalf of
the respondents and even the respondents have filed a fresh compliance report
                     rd
dated 23 October, 2024. Along with compliance report, the respondents have
placed on record the detailed order of consideration bearing No. 27 of 2024
                     th
              dated 14 October, 2024.
            03. Since the direction, which is sought to be complied with, was specific to the
extent of directing the respondents to treat the writ petition as representation on
behalf of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of two months in
accordance with rules governing the field and the respondents in furtherance of
the aforesaid direction has complied the order passed by this Court by passing a
detailed consideration order which has been placed on record along with fresh
              compliance report mentioned supra.
            04. However, the record further reveals that Mr. Furqan Sofi, learned GA, was
granted two weeks’ time to file compliance report, failing which, respondent no.
4 was directed to appear in person before the Court. Today, Mr. Hakim Aman
Ali, learned Dy.AG, who is representing the respondents submits that since the
order passed by this Court has already been complied with, no fruitful purpose
would be served by filing a fresh compliance report and, accordingly, he has
drawn the attention of this Court to the order of consideration which has been
placed on record along with compliance report.

            05. From the perusal of the compliance report as also consideration order which
have been placed on record, it is apparently clear that the order passed by this
Court, which is sought to be complied with, has been implemented in its letter
and spirit and, therefore, there remains nothing further to be adjudicated upon.
Accordingly, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed.
            06. Rule, if any, framed shall stand discharged.
            07. The personal appearance of respondent no. 4, who is present in person before
              the Court, is dispensed with.
            08. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the consideration order dated
                th
14 October, 2024, if so advised.
