                    Mr. Arshid Ahmad appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that
               the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. He was seeking promotion to the
               post of Assistant Registrar and this promotion has been granted to the petitioner
               vide Order dated 14.08.2023. The said order is taken on record.      
                    In view of this, the instant petition has rendered infructuous and is
               disposed of as such.
