               1.    By virtue of the order dated 06.11.2023, passed by the learned Single
               Judge of this Court in CRTA No. 19/2018, the Court directed transfer of the
               criminal trial underFile No. 255/Sessions titled                     
                                                     “State v. Hans Raj Parihar     
                      , from the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bandipora to the Court
               and Ors”                                                             
               of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, who was in turn directed to
               conduct the trial himself or transfer it to any other Court of competent
               jurisdiction in the Jammu District.Further, the learned Sessions Court was
               also directed to transmit the records of the trial to the Court of Principal
               District and Sessions Judge, Jammu.                                  
               2.    It has been brought to the attention of this Court that, in connection
               with the aforementioned case, a bail petition being Bail Application No. 50
               of 2021 connected with Bail Application No. 96/2021, is currently pending
               before this Court, in which a Coordinate Bench also observed that this
               application be transferred to the Jammu wing of the High Court and the
               matter be placed before the Chief Justice for appropriate orders.    

               3.    In view of the order passed by this Court on 06.11.2023 in CRTA
               No. 19/2018, the aforesaid bail application being Bail Application No.
               50/2023 pending before this Wing, shall stand transferred to the Jammu
               Wing for further consideration.                                      
               4.    Registry to transmit all the requisite records to the Jammu Wing,
               while retaining a soft copy of the same in this Wing.                
               5.    With the above observation and direction, the petition stands  
               disposed of.
