After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
withdrawal of the instant writ petition which is pre-mature as no cause of
action has accrued to the petitioner to file the instant petition by throwing
                                                                   interse
challenge to communication impugned, which is an
communication between the Assistant Commissioner (Rev) Pulwama and

petitioner has no right or cause to challenge the said communication.
Confronted with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to approach this Court if
fresh cause of action accrued.Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed
as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
