              1.   Mr. S. H. Rather, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks
                   withdrawal of the instant writ petition at this threshold stage with liberty
                   to file fresh one, if need arises, as according to him, the respondents have
                   already cancelled the subject tender notice.                     
              2.   Learned counsel for the petitioners furnished a copy of the      
                   Communication bearing No. HU/II/676-79 dated 25.06.2024 issued by
                   respondent No. 3- the Dy. General Manager, Housing Board Unit-II,
                   Jammu addressed to the petitioners-Company revealing the cancellation
                   of the subject tender, the same is taken on record.              
              3.   Since the respondents have already cancelled the subject tender notice
                   after filing of the instant writ petition before the Registry, as such, the
                   prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the instant

                   writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one in the
                   wake of the new development pertaining to the subject matter.
