                  While the case was being argued, it has been brought to the notice of this
            Court that pursuant to the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Jammu
            which is impugned in the present petition dated 05.07.2024, private respondent
            No. 6 has since been engaged and has performing her duties as Anganwari 
            Worker.                                                                 
                 However, this aspect of the matter was not in the knowledge of the 
            petitioner and confronted with the same, learned counsel appearing on behalf of
            the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with a liberty to challenge
            her order of engagement as well as order passed by the Additional       
            Commissioner, Jammu and also the order passed by the Deputy Commissioner,
            Reasi.                                                                  
                 Thus, the instant writ petition in the aforesaid backdrop is dismissed as
            withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
