               The petitioner through the medium of present petition has challenged 
            detention Order No. DMB/PSA/08 of 2023 dated 29.05.2023 whereby he      
            has been kept in preventive detention in order to prevent him from acting in
            any manner  prejudicial to the maintenance of the public order. The     
            impugned order as per the reply filed by the respondents is confirmed by the
                           th                                                       
            Government on 20 June 2023.                                             
               In view of the above, the impugned order has outlived its life and the
            petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is disposed of accordingly
            with a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner from the custody
            if not involved in any other case and if not already released.
