                 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition in
            light of the averments made in para 4 and 5 of this application which has
            occasioned for the petitioner for making withdrawal of this petition acting
            upon and purported assurance of the respondents about consideration of the
            petitioner s plight only when withdrawal of the petition from this Court
                    ’                                                               
            takes place.                                                            
                 Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner,
            in case any fresh cause of action accrues to him for approaching this Court
            then withdrawal will not stand in his way.                              
                 Application disposed of.
