                                        ORDER
                                       31.12.2024
Record reveals that notice was issued in the instant petition way back on
14.09.2012 since then no efforts were ever made by the petitioner to get the
case listed for almost 12 years.
Today when the case has come up for hearing, learned counsel appearing
on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant petition has rendered
infructuous with the efflux of time and he has instructions not to pursue the instant
petition any further. His statement is taken on record.
Therefore, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having rendered
            infructuous.
Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
                                                        (Wasim Sadiq Nargal)
                                                                     Judge
