                   The matter pertains to the service dispute between the petitioner and
                the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir and, therefore, amenable to the
                jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) Jammu Bench.  
                   Accordingly, this petition is transferred to CAT, Jammu. Upon    
                receipt, the Tribunal shall fix a date after putting learned counsel for the
                parties to notice.
