              01.     There was no representation on behalf of the appellant from   
                      the last two consecutive hearings and same is the position    
                      today as well. It seems that the appellant has lost interest  
                      in prosecution of this case.

              02.     The present appeal  is, accordingly,           for non-       
                      prosecution.                                                  
              03.     Interim direction, if any, shall stands vacated.              
              04.     The awarded  compensation, in case, has been  deposited       
                      with the Registry of this Court, the same is ordered to be    
                      released in favour of the claimants/respondents subject to    
                      their proper identification under rules.
