                      Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while,
            seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a
            fresh one on account of some formal deficiencies in the present writ    
            petition.                                                               
                      In view of above, the present writ petition shall stand       
            dismissed as withdrawn along with the connected CM, with liberty granted
            to the petitioner as prayed for.
