                      Given the nature of controversy involved in this case, this writ
            petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No-2-Deputy  
            Commissioner, Baramulla to afford two months’ time to the petitioner for
            enabling him to remove the fish stock from the fish pond which the      
            petitioner has created at the site of khasra No. 954/114 Min in estate  
            Kalantra Bala and, thereafter, remove the encroachment of the petitioner
            from the said land.                                                     
                      Disposed of, along with the connected CM.                     
                      Copy  of this order be sent to the Deputy Commissioner,       
            Baramulla by the Registrar Judicial, Srinagar for notice and compliance.
