                    In view of Notification No. G.S. R. 471 (E) dated 2 August 2024,
               issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions  
               (Department of Personnel and Training), New Delhi, the jurisdiction to
               decide the cases regarding service disputes of the employees of SKIMS,
               SKUAST   Kashmir/Jammu, Universities of Kashmir/Jammu, Cluster       
               Universities of Srinagar/Jammu, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, 
               Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, and Islamic University of Science and
               Technology in Union Territories of J&K, has been conferred upon the  
               Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu/Srinagar Bench.         
                    Considering the aforesaid fact, let the record of the present case be
               transferred to CAT, Srinagar Bench, however, a soft copy thereof for record
               be retained.
