                                                         OMPM-162 of 2024
30.09.2024 Present : Mr. Janesh Gupta, Advocate, for the petitioner.
                                OMP No.866 of 2024
Heard. There is delay in re-filing the appeal
after removing objections, hence, this application has been
moved for condoning the delay in re-filing the appeal. The
objections raised pertain to the procedural aspects of filing
the arbitration appeal and do not affect the appeal as such.
The delay in re-filing the appeal after removing the
objections has been explained in the application.
Accordingly, the application for condoning the delay in
refiling the appeal after removing objections is allowed.
                                Application to stand disposed of.
