This execution petition has been filed for
implementation of judgment dated 12.01.2023, passed in
CWP No.4913 of 2022 titled Sonki Ram versus State of HP
and Others decided along with LPA No.165 of 2021, titled
State of HP and others versus Surajmani and others.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General has informed that
against the judgment passed in CWP No.4913 of 2022, State
has preferred SLP(C) No.6895 of 2024 [Diary No.32956 of
2023] in the Supreme Court and as such the judgment
passed in favour of petitioner Sonki Ram has not attained
finality.
3. It has been further submitted that SLP preferred in
present matter has been tagged with SLP preferred in Madan
Lal’s case, in which interim protection has been granted to
the respondent-State.
4. In view of above, present petition is closed and disposed
of with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh, if occasion
arises to do so for redressal of grievance, if any.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also
stand disposed of. ]
