                              Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he 
                    wants to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file the
                    fresh petition, if so advised.                                
                    2.        Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the 
                    original documents annexed with the petition may be returned  
                    to him.                                                       
                    3.        Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as   
                    withdrawn, with the liberty, aforementioned and original      
                    documents annexed with the petition are ordered to be returned
                    to the petitioner, as per Rules.
