                              While placing on record communication dated 29.11.2024,
                    issued under the signatures of Director of Higher Education, Himachal
                    Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General states
                    that case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed
                    by this Court in CWP No.2274 of 2021, titled Satya Devi Vs. State
                    of Himachal Pradesh and Others, decided on 28.05.2024. Aforesaid
                    communication is taken on record. Careful perusal of aforesaid  
                    communication reveals that as per service record, case of the   
                    petitioner Ms. Sukham Devi is covered under the judgment of Satya
                    Devi’s case (supra).                                            
                    2.        Consequently, in view of above, this Court is of the view
                    that no prejudice shall be caused to either of the parties in case
                    directions issued vide judgment dated 28.05.2024 in CWP No.2274 of

                    2021 are made applicable mutatis mutandis in the present case also.
                    Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, benefits, if any, extended in
                    terms of judgment passed in Satya Devi’s case shall be subject to the
                    outcome of SLP.                                                 
                              Petition stands disposed of, along with  pending      
                    applications, if any.
