                                   Sanjeev Sharma vs. State of H.P. & others        
                                                         CWP No.7213 of 2024        
          30.11.2024 Present:  Mr. Ashish Verma, Advocate, for the petitioner       
                               Mr. Sumit Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, for the   
                               respondents.                                         
                               In compliance, the respondents have placed on record 
                        a copy of communication dated 29.11.2024, issued to the office
                        of the Advocate General by Director of Higher Education,    
                        Himachal Pradesh, informing that an office order dated      
                        29.11.2024 has been issued, whereby the contractual services
                        of the petitioner have been counted for pensionary benefits 
                        under the CCS(Pension) Rules, 1972 as per option exercised  
                        by him.                                                     
                               The order stands complied. The petition is accordingly
                        closed. However, on the asking of the learned counsel for the
                        petitioner, liberty is reserved in favour of petitioner to avail any
                        available remedy, in accordance with law, for any subsisting
                        cause of action in his favour.
