                              Notice. Mr. R.S. Verma, learned Additional Advocate 
                    General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the
                    respondents.                                                  
                    2.        The record of the case shows that the petitioners have
                    directly moved  this Court  without representing to the       
                    respondent/competent authority.                               
                    3.        In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of
                    by  granting liberty to the petitioners to represent to the   
                    respondent/competent authority for the redressal of their grievances
                    raised in the writ petition. It is hoped and expected and learned
                    Additional Advocate General assures that as soon as the
