                             Learned Additional Advocate General has placed         
                    on record copy of office order dated 26.06.2024 and on that     
                    basis submitted that the judgment in question now stands        
                    complied with. He further submits that the arrears/             
                    financial benefits due to the petitioner in terms of the        
                    aforesaid office order dated 26.06.2024 shall be paid           
                    expeditiously and all efforts shall be made to make payment     
                    of arrears within four weeks from today.

                             In view of the above, this execution petition is       
                    disposed of alongwith pending miscellaneous application(s),     
                    if any. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to avail

                    redressal of his surviving grievances, if any.
