2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case
of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment referred to in
the representation dated 02.07.2024 (Annexure P-3) and this
petition be disposed of by directing the competent authority to take
appropriate decision thereupon within some time bond period.
3. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the
direction that the representation filed by the petitioner be decided in
light of the averments made therein and the judgment being relied
upon by the petitioner in the representation, within a period of four
weeks from today by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Pending
miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of
accordingly.
