                           Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner  
                  submits that with respect to the impugned transfer order Annexure P-
                  6, the petitioner would make appropriate representation to the  
                  concerned quarter highlighting his personal grievances for not giving
                  effect to the impugned transfer order. The petitioner is free to make
                  appropriate representation in this respect.                     
                           In view of aforesaid submission, present petition is   
                  disposed of.                                                    
                           Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also
                  stand disposed of.
