                         Learned counsel for the petitioners, under instructions submits that
                    with respect to the grievance being raised in the present petition, she
                    intends to file a representation before the concerned respondents-
                    authorities.                                                    
                    2.   In view of aforesaid submission, present petition is disposed of,
                    permitting the petitioners to file an appropriate representation, in
                    accordance with law. The representation so made by the petitioners shall
                    be decided by the respondents-authorities within four weeks from today.
                         Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand
                    disposed of.
