2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the
petitioners have filed representations Annexure P-3 (colly) with
regard to the issues raised in the petition, but the same has not
been decided by the Authority concerned till date.

3. This petition, accordingly, as prayed for, is disposed
of with the direction that let representations Annexure P-3
(colly) of the petitioners be decided by the Competent Authority,
in the light of the averments made therein as well as the
judgment being relied upon by the petitioners, by passing a
speaking order, within a period of six weeks’ from today, in
accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if
any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
