                          After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for
                the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition and
                wants to file an appropriate application before the authorized ofÏcer in
                terms of order passed by this Court in Harshit Dua Vs. State of H.P.,
                2024:HHC:5486.                                                    
                          In view of the judgment of Harshit Dua (supra), the petitioner
                is permitted to withdraw the instant petition and to file an application
                before authorized ofÏcer, who shall decide the application expeditiously.
                The pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed
                of.
