                     2.        With the consent of the parties, the petition is being
                     disposed  of  today  itself with the direction that the        
                     representation that has been filed by the petitioner, be decided
                     by the Competent Authority, within a period of six weeks from  
                     today, but it is clarified that this court has not made any

                     observation with regard to the merit of the prayer made therein
                     and the Competent Authority shall be at liberty to decide the  
                     representation of the petitioner as per Rules.
