                                     For the reasons stated in the application, we  
                          deem  it appropriate to recall order dated 27.03.2024,    
                          whereby the writ petition was dismissed for want of       
                          appearance and prosecution. Ordered accordingly.          
                                     Consequently, the writ petition is restored to 
                          its original number. The application stands disposed of.  
                                     CWPOA  No. 4371 of 2020                        
                                     After arguing the matter for sometime,         
                          learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment.     
                          Prayer not opposed.
