ORAL ORDER
Learned APP Ms. Pathak appearing for the State has tendered
a letter / communication dated 17.10.2024 by Shri R.B. Prajapati,
Police Inspector, ACB Police Station, Panchmahals at Godhara
addressed to the Public Prosecutor, Gujarat High Court, which is
ordered to be taken on record.
It appears from the said communication that Shri Sanjaybhai
Jayantilal Shah, i.e. the original accused, has passed away on
03.08.2024.
Considering the fact that the original accused has expired, the
present Criminal Appeal stands abated. The Criminal Misc.
Application stands disposed of.
