               instructions, submits that the sole petitioner herein-Apabhai      
               Kalabhai Patgir has expired. He tenders the death certificate      
               of the petitioner, which is taken on record and submits that       
               in view of this development, these petitions do not survive        
               and therefore, he is not pressing the petitions seeking liberty    
               to raise all the contentions available under the law in the

               civil suits before the learned trial court, at appropriate stage.  
                         These petitions are disposed of as not pressed with
