1. A Settlement Agreement dated 13 September, 2024, has been
executed before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre
between the Petitioner – Smt. Kanta Panwar, Respondents No. 1 and 2 –
Smt. Vinita Panwar and Sh. Amit Panwar as well as Sh. A.S. Panwar, the
husband of the Petitioner.
2. Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm
the terms of settlement and pray for the petition to be disposed of in terms
thereof.
3. The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful.
4. In terms of Paragraph No. 5 of the Settlement Agreement, the demand
