                 1.   This is a petition seeking enforcement of the final order cum decree
                 dated 28.05.2019 and for compliance of prayer clause 45 (a) and (b) of the
                 plaint.                                                          
                 2.   It is stated by Mr Kamra, learned counsel for the decree-holders that
                 the judgment-debtors have complied with most of the terms of the decree,
                 removed the infringing trade-mark, made the payment. However, there are
                 some social media pages which still reflects the offending trade-mark of the
                 decree-holder including google links.                            
                 3.   Mr Sharma, learned counsel for the judgment-debtors states that only
                 the offending trade-mark                         ing on social

                 media pages of the judgment-debtor. He states that judgment debtors have
                 already written to Facebook and Google to remove the same.       
                 4.   The judgment-debtors are directed to follow up with Google and

                 fbgoindia@support.facebook.com for removing the offending trade-mark
                 appearing on judgment-                                           
                                    debtor’s facebook page.                       
                 6.   Mr Verma on behalf of the judgment debtors assures the Court that
                 the needful shall be done within ten days from today. Taking the assurance
                 on record, the execution petition is closed as having been satisfied.
                 7.   In case, the offending trade-mark and trade-name is not removed from
                 Facebook and Google, the decree-holder shall be entitled to revive the
                 execution petition.
