                    1.   The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-husband alleging
                                                   th                G.P. No.       
                    willful disobedience of the order dated 05 March, 2022 passed in
                    04/2021                                                         
                          .                                                         
                    2.   By way of the aforesaid order, the petitioner herein had been granted
                    visitation right of the minor child through virtual mode as interim
                    arrangement. Thus, by way of the said order, it was directed that the
                    respondent-wife shall arrange the meeting of the minor child with the
                                                                     th             
                    petitioner through virtual mode on every Sunday starting from 06 March,
                    2022 for about 30 minutes between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.         
                    3.   Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
                    petitioner has already filed an application for modification of the aforesaid

                    4.   Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further draws the

                    attention of this Court to the order dated 30 November, 2022 passed in the
                    present proceedings, wherein it had been directed that subject to the
                    petitioner paying a sum of ₹5000/- to the respondent towards transportation
                    charges for every visit, the petitioner shall be allowed to meet the minor
                    child on the first and third Saturday of every month for two hours between
                    3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation
                    Centre.                                                         
                    5.   Considering the aforesaid, it is directed that the aforesaid arrangement

                    learned Family Court, Hapur, where the said application for modification is
