                 1.   In view of the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed.
                 2.   The delay is hereby condoned.                               
                 REVIEW   PET. 322/2024                                           
                 3.   The present Review Petition has been filed under Order XLVII Rule 1
                 of the CPC, 1908 read with Section 114 of the CPC for review of the
                 Judgement dated 28.06.2024.                                      
                 4.   It is submitted that while recovery of Rs. 20,42, 724/- towards the
                 Bills for the month of April and May, 2015, the interest @9% has been
                 allowed only for those two months and no interest has been awarded
                 pendente lite and future till the date of payment.               
                 5.    The Order is absolutely clear and there is no error on the face of
                 record which required modification.

                 6.   The second aspect which has been challenged is in respect of the
                 claim of Rs.10,23,980/- towards deductions. It is claimed that the findings
                 on this aspect are contrary to the evidence of the documents filed on behalf
                 of the parties.                                                  
                 7.   However, the challenge does not fall within the scope of Review.the
                 parties are at liberty to seek the appropriate remedy.           
                 8.    There is no ground for review and the petition is hereby disposed of.
