                 1.   This is an application filed on behalf of the decree-holder seeking
                 modification/clarification of the order dated 31.07.2024.        
                 2.   The application seeks to correct the amount mentioned in Para 14 of
                 the order from Rs. 1.77 crores to Rs. 4.56 crores and to quantify the amount
                 of Rs. 3.94 lakhs, payable as interest on the amount of Rs. 4.56 crores.
                 3.   For the said reasons, issue notice.                         
                 4.   Mr. Harshvardhan, learned counsel accepts notice for the judgment-
                 debtor and has no objection to the application being allowed.    
                 5.   It is therefore directed that the paragraphs 13 and 14 of the order
                 dated 31.07.2024 are modified and the amount of Rs. 38.19 lakhs and Rs.
                 3.94 lakhs payable on interest (on the amount of Rs. 4.56 crores for a period
                 of 28.0.2022 to 01.09.2022) shall be paid within 2 weeks from today and the
