                 1.   Present public interest petition has been filed seeking issuance of
                 directions to the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to remove illegal encroachment in
                 the area near Laxmi Narayan Mandir, Block-B, Street No. 4, Ashok Nagar,

                 Shahdara, Delhi. The Petitioner further prays for demolition of construction
                 of a dharamshala being carried out by Respondent No.4 within the 
                 residential colony at the aforesaid area.                        
                 2.   Since the Government has set up a Special   S    headed     
                                                        Task Force (‘ TF’)        
                 by the Vice Chairman, DDA  to deal with the issue of unauthorised
                 construction, this Court dispose of the present writ petition by directing the
                 Chairman, STF to treat the present writ petition as a representation to the
                 STF and decide the same in accordance with law within four weeks. In the
                 event, any interim measure is required to be taken, it shall be open to the
                 STF to pass appropriate orders.                                  
                 3.   With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed
                 of. This Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the case.
