                      1.   The present Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of
                      India, 1950 has been filed against the impugned Order dated 
                      06.12.2024 vide which Warrants of Arrest have been issued in
                      Execution Petition No.209/2019 by learned JSCC vide order dated
                      06.12.2024.                                                 
                      2.   Learned counsel on behalf of the Petitioner submits that earlier
                      also from the total decreed amount of Rs.1,30,000/-, a sum of
                      Rs.30,000 has been deposited by the Petitioner. She further 
                      undertakes to pay the remaining amount in regular instalments.
                      3.   In view of the above submissions, the Petitioner is directed to
                      deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- before the learned Trial Court within 10
